Message I got around 2500 miles on my new rear GForce Sports...I meant to update everyone on my feelings about them after I got some road time with them..

For what I paid ($164 per tire, shipped) these are the best tires I have put on my Z in the last 4 years...My car makes around 400+ RWHP @ 18psi and I could never get my previous tires to hook up...Granted,they were only Kuhmos but they would not hook up in any temp, weather etc. as far as getting the power down all at once...(They were quite good in the rain though).

I put the GForce Sports on (275/35/18) the rear and yes,I can still liquify them in 1st gear but they really hook up in second....lo temps, high temps,whatever..I've been doing everything to these tires trying to get them to slide and they will...eventually..but they are really sticky for their treadwear ratings...and unless you're trying to break the laws of Physics..they refuse to let go in normal and spirited street driving.(7-8/10ths)

I have'nt had them on the track yet so I can't speak on that but for 7-8 tenths street driving, launching, braking and cornering...these tires have my vote as the best tires for the money for dry performance.

The final decision is, of course up to you but if you want a good priced tire w/excellent performance characteristics...do yourself a favor and try these tires....In fact, they're actually cheaper than the Kuhmo 712s ...

I have to add that when these tires start to let go..(which has only happened when I wanted to see what the limit was..in an empty parking lot).. they do it in a real progressive manner...

Can you tell,I'm impressed? And yeah I know there are other Better tires out there but I'm really just talking bang for the buck here....Until some other tire can beat these on price...I'll be using them on the rear of my TT.

Good Luck with your decisions!
My .02
